An alcove area contains two single beds, each 80cm by 190cm, plus a bunk bed measuring 90cm by 190cm. You will find a cozy 3 square meter balcony with east and south-east facing positions, offering spectacular panoramic mountain views.

Amenities Included

Your vacation accommodation comes fully equipped with a modern kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, two induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. A fondue set for cheese and Senseo coffee capsules (available at extra cost) are provided for your culinary needs. The unit includes a shower and separate WC. WiFi internet access is available for an additional fee. The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes 1 bathroom.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
