The house includes a dedicated storage room for bicycles as well as a storage room for skis, making it particularly well-suited for active guests travelling with equipment. During the winter season, the use of snow chains is strongly recommended, and parking is available at the house, with winter parking located 30 metres from the property. A car is recommended for getting around the area. Guests will also benefit from a free ski bus service, providing convenient access to the surrounding ski infrastructure without the need to drive.

"L'Aiguille Noire" is a 1-room studio of 24 m2 located on the 2nd floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests within 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area features a wall-trunk bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a small east-facing and south-east-facing balcony of 3 m2 that offers a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. A dedicated alcove provides additional sleeping arrangements, including 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 bunk bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate WC.

This vacation rental is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette features a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Senseo capsules for the coffee machine are available as an extra.
