The swimming pool operates on a seasonal basis, available from 15 April to 14 October, and is maintained by the owner and gardener on a regular basis.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with an additional shower and WC. The top floor is home to the entrance hall with air conditioning and the 2 bedrooms, both featuring a ceiling height ranging from 80 to 230 cm. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom also includes 2 single beds of the same dimensions as well as 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct access to a 7 m2 balcony. The property also benefits from a roofed terrace of 20 m2, both furnished with terrace and balcony furniture, offering beautiful views of the mountains and the resort.
