"L'Eden 1" is a beautifully renovated vacation rental studio of 21 m2, situated on the 1st floor of the building with a south-west facing orientation that fills the space with natural light throughout the day. The property accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and features 1 thoughtfully arranged room that serves as both a living and sleeping area, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A dining table is also positioned within this space, making the most of the compact yet functional layout. The studio includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. A balcony accessible directly from the living area extends the living space outdoors, offering a south-west facing position and stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The studio is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The open kitchen provides an excellent range of appliances, including an oven, 2 induction hot plates, a combination microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules are available at an extra cost. A washing machine is available for guests requiring laundry facilities during their stay. The property is fitted with heating to ensure warmth and comfort throughout all seasons. For entertainment, a television with a flat screen is provided in the living and sleeping area. A hair dryer is also available for personal use, and complimentary WiFi internet access is provided throughout the property. Balcony furniture is included, allowing guests to enjoy the mountain views in comfort. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted per stay.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
