The property features a generous living/dining room of 35 m2 equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, and television. The accommodation includes one room with a double bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length, another room with a double bed and television, one room containing two beds each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and one double bedroom furnished with two beds. The villa boasts a large, open kitchen with a dining nook that provides exit to the veranda, along with a shower and WC. The property features wooden floors and parquet floors throughout, with comfortable furnishings presented in the country house style. You will find a large terrace of 70 m2 that is partly roofed, complemented by a large porch measuring 60 m2, both offering beautiful panoramic views of the lake, the countryside, and the forest. Please note that one double bedroom is located outside the apartment.
