Completed in 2024, the 80 m² villa combines comfort with closeness to nature: a spacious living room/kitchen with a traditional baking oven, three bedrooms each with a double bed, a wood-heated sauna with shower facilities, and two WCs (one located in the washroom). The living room includes a TV, and underfloor heating with air-to-water heat pump ensures year-round comfort.
A glazed veranda and a sunny terrace opening towards the lake invite you to enjoy your stay in any season. The villa is surrounded by natural forest, offering both privacy and tranquility.
In autumn and winter, bird feeding in the yard attracts Siberian jays, tits, and woodpeckers, which can be observed from close range. This destination is an excellent choice both for relaxation and for active holidays in the diverse nature of Kuusamo.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
