The bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and includes a television and fan for your comfort. The open kitchen is equipped with 2 induction hot plates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine for preparing meals and beverages during your stay. The apartment includes a shower and WC for your convenience. Please note that there is no heating option available in this unit. The terrace measures 12 square meters and is furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering you stunning views of the sea.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
