On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 1 x 160 cm with a length of 190 cm, accompanied by a shower and WC. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements: 1 room with a French bed measuring 1 x 160 cm with a length of 190 cm, and 1 room with 1 set of 2 bunk beds measuring 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. A shower and WC are also located on this upper floor. Throughout the apartment, parquet floors add a warm and refined character to the interior.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
