The ground floor sets a magnificent tone with an impressive grand foyer featuring a 20-ft frescoed ceiling and a spiral marble staircase. This level also houses a fitness room, a combined yoga and game room, and a reading room, providing ample space for both activity and relaxation.

The first floor sleeps 2 guests and opens into a formal sala of approximately 700 sq. ft. adorned with original frescoes and mosaic floors. A casual living room with frescoed and mosaic floors complements the space, alongside a formal dining room with renovated frescoes and mosaic floor and a casual dining room with frescoes. A fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet are also located on this level. The guest bedroom on this floor can be configured as either a twin or double room and features an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The second floor accommodates up to 10 guests across five beautifully designed rooms. The Master Suite, spanning approximately 1,100 sq. ft., features a king bed and a private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. The Yellow Suite offers a king bed and a sofa bed, with a bathroom featuring a bathtub. The White Suite includes a double bed and an extra single bed, served by a bathroom with shower. The Beige Suite, approximately 800 sq. ft., features a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The Green Bedroom offers a double bed and access to a shared bathroom with shower. A full laundry area with washer and dryer is also located on this floor.

The third floor, a fully renovated mansard completed in 2017, sleeps 4 guests in 2 elegant queen-size suites. Each suite is finished with hardwood floors, includes a sofa bed, and benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with shower.

Other Information

Extra beds and sofa beds are available exclusively upon request and at an additional charge, with rates to be confirmed directly with the owner. The swimming pool heating service is also subject to an additional charge and must be arranged in advance.

For larger groups requiring additional accommodation beyond the 19-guest capacity of the main villa, a separate rustic apartment is available on the same property. This apartment, accessible via a private entrance and courtyard on a different street from the villa, spans approximately 140 sq. m (1,500 sq. ft.) and comprises 3 bedrooms. Guests staying exclusively in the rustic apartment do not have access to the villa's garden or pool unless the entire estate is rented by the same group.
