The villa features a panoramic swimming pool measuring 2x8x1.50 meters, open from May to October, which is not fenced. Please note that children between 1 and 7 years old are not permitted due to the unfenced pool. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional charge. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Daily housekeeping ensures your comfort throughout your stay. Parking for 2 cars is conveniently located inside the property near the villa entrance. The villa is accessed through an electric gate. There is another house behind the villa, which is unoccupied and owned by the same owner. VoIP telephone service is available, with you receiving a 50 euro credit upon arrival, with additional charges billed upon departure. The caretaker can recharge the VoIP card upon request and can also arrange light lunches and dinners, which can be paid directly to her. Additional services such as extra maid service, a cook, additional linens, a driver, and airport or station transfers can be arranged upon request and will incur additional charges. For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking. Cancellation of a booking, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
