The first bedroom is furnished with one french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a private shower and WC, with convenient exit access to the balcony. The second bedroom contains two beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and provides direct exit access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with a cooking island and features 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, along with a toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. An additional shower facility is available within the unit. Please note there is no lift available in the building.

Your vacation rental includes air conditioning and forced-air heating available in both bedrooms to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. The maximum capacity for this unit is 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available. A washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience during your stay. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
