The second bedroom offers one single bed and one double bed as well. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, kettle, and microwave, and includes a dining table and heating stove for additional warmth. The house provides one bathroom with a shower and WC. Wood heating is available throughout the property, though heating is not available in all rooms.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
