The open kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. The house includes one shower and WC, and features natural stone floors throughout. You will find a large patio with terrace furniture, as well as a covered balcony and box-room. The property offers very beautiful views of the countryside and has a maximum capacity of 4 guests across its 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
