The ground floor also includes a well-equipped kitchenette with an oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, along with a shower, bidet, and WC. The lower ground floor houses one room with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and an open-hearth fireplace that serves as decoration only. The upper floor contains one double bedroom with direct access to the terrace. You will enjoy a large terrace and garden area with terrace furniture, offering beautiful views of the sea and the resort. The property features a private entrance and parking at the house.
