The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The bathroom features a shower, basin, toilet, and hairdryer, with accessibility enhanced by a shower stool. You will find a storeroom for your convenience and 2 terraces that provide a marvellous view of the village and the mountains. One private outdoor parking space is available directly at the house, with covered and lockable bicycle storage also provided. The property is located on a small hill surrounded by meadows, offering a wonderful view of Abtenau and the mountains, only 800 m from the village centre, and if you take the footpath across a meadow, you can reach the village in 5 minutes. The house underwent its last complete renovation in 2019 and is not observable from the street, with the owner living on the property.

The house is situated in a housing estate on a small hill, and as there are only a few houses in the settlement, you will experience very quiet surroundings, as the road only leads to the neighbourhood.
