Also on this level, a double bedroom features 1 sofabed measuring 135 cm by 190 cm, complemented by a private shower and WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, a double bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and 1 French bed measuring 150 cm by 190 cm, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. A further double bedroom on this level includes 1 French bed measuring 150 cm by 190 cm, a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
