This vacation rental accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for a small family or group.

On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining area with a large dining table, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The open kitchen is outfitted with an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A fondue set, available in both chinoise and cheese varieties, is also provided for your enjoyment.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a north-east facing balcony. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
