Fully renovated in 2025, the apartment features very comfortable and modern furnishings throughout. The living/dining room is equipped with 1 double sofabed (1 x 130 cm, length 190 cm), a dining table, flat screen, and electric heating, with direct exit to the balcony in a south facing position. The apartment includes 1 small room with 1 bed (70 cm, length 190 cm) and a sleeping alcove with 1 bed (130 cm, length 190 cm). The open kitchen is fully appointed with a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) are available as an extra. The bathroom features a shower with a separate WC, and parquet floors add warmth throughout the space. You will enjoy a balcony of 4 m2 in a south facing position, offering beautiful panoramic views of the mountains, the valley, the ski run and the resort.
