The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a satellite TV and flat screen television and offers direct access to the balcony. The second double bedroom provides a comfortable and private retreat for additional guests. A dedicated room houses 1 set of bunk beds configured as 2 x 2, offering a practical and fun sleeping arrangement ideal for younger guests. The spacious kitchen and living room is the heart of the apartment, furnished with 2 double sofabeds and a dining table, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and shared meals, with direct access to the balcony. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, each fitted with a shower and WC, with one bathroom featuring a rain shower.

The apartment is equipped with a full range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is well appointed with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Heating is provided throughout the property, ensuring a warm and pleasant atmosphere regardless of the season. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 dog permitted. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
