The open kitchen comes equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and fondue Set (cheese), along with a dining table for your convenience. The main floor also features a bath/WC and floor heating for your comfort. An elegant spiral staircase leads you to the upper floor where you will discover the third double bedroom with sloping ceilings, featuring 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Please note the low door height of 165 cm and ceiling height ranging from 160 to 185 cm in this upper level room. The apartment is finished with attractive parquet floors and includes a balcony with balcony furniture.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
