The sleeping arrangements are spread across the available rooms: 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed, another bedroom is also furnished with 1 double bed, and a further bedroom contains 1 set of 2 bunk beds. An open gallery leads to an additional bedroom fitted with 2 sets of 2 bunk beds and 2 supplementary sleeping facilities. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
