Ca Rossinyol is a 4-room apartment spanning 115 m2 across 2 levels, with the main entrance situated on the ground floor. The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, configured as 4 adults and 2 children, and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms throughout its layout.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living and dining area furnished with comfortable and cosy pieces, complete with a digital TV, air conditioning, a fan, and forced-air heating. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
