Next to it is a toilet with a separate entrance. There are also two double bedrooms and a double bedroom with a sofa bed on this floor, all equipped with a washbasin and television. The property features a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of 9 guests. This detached house, originally built in 1965 and completely renovated in 2022, sits on a 500 square metre property with a total number of floors in the building above the ground floor being 1.
