Your vacation accommodation is a beautiful 80m² flat located on the 3rd floor of a private house situated in the heart of St. Johann in Tirol with a view of the Wilder Kaiser. The property is an attic-type holiday apartment that was last completely renovated in 2018. The building has a total of 3 floors above the ground floor, with a grocery shop on the ground floor and offices on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, you will find small offices, another flat, and the private area and guest area are separated. A lift provides access to the 2nd floor, and from there a staircase leads to your flat. The apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m width) that accommodates sleeping facilities for 2 people, plus additional sleeping arrangements in the living area with a double sofa bed for 2 people, allowing a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table for cosy get-togethers. You will find bathroom 2 equipped with a shower, basin, toilet, and hair dryer, in addition to a guest toilet (or WC) with a basin and toilet. Your vacation retreat includes a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun while taking in the view of the Wilder Kaiser.
