You will find this completely refurbished, well thought-out and extremely cosy flat located in a listed outbuilding of one of the oldest Wilhelminian style villas in Graz. The accommodation is situated on the 1st floor of a multiple-family dwelling that was originally constructed in 1850 and underwent its last complete renovation in 2019. The building features a total of 1 floor above ground level. This granny flat type apartment offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a maximum capacity of 3 guests, making it ideal for your vacation. The bedroom features a wonderfully wide double bed measuring 1.80 meters in width along with a sofa bed for 1 person, with both the double bed and sofa positioned in one room. The apartment showcases beautiful fabrics and warm room colours with impressive designer wallpaper, creating a cosy atmosphere where you can arrive, feel good and relax. Both rooms look towards the old villas and their gardens, ensuring peace and quiet are guaranteed. The bathroom is completely new and includes a shower, basin, toilet and hair dryer. The new kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and spans 11 square meters, where you can enjoy a cosy evening on the comfortable bench with seating for 3 guests at 1 dining table. The flat includes 1 living room and is furnished with a lot of fairness and charm, with everything arranged in a practical manner.
