Your vacation accommodation features a thoughtfully designed layout across a main villa and a separate annex, situated on 1250 square meters of land. The main villa provides four double bedrooms on the first floor, each appointed with fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, and bedside tables. Bedroom one offers twin single beds with patio doors opening onto a large veranda. Bedroom two includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with patio doors also leading to a large veranda. Bedroom three contains a double bed, while bedroom four features a king size bed. All bedrooms in the main house come equipped with their own hairdryer. The ground floor of the main villa presents an open plan reception room that extends onto a large veranda, along with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/diner containing an American style fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, hob, and extractor fan. You will find the washing machine and dishwasher in the utility room, which is accessible from the kitchen. The downstairs area also includes a cloakroom and its own gym. To the rear of the property, an independently accessed one bedroom apartment comprises a double bedroom, shower/wet room, and kitchen/bar. This ground-floor apartment, which is the fifth bedroom, has been specially designed with wheelchair access and includes additional facilities such as support hand rails and a drop-down seat in the shower room.
