This fantastic three bedroom villa is located just metres from the sea and enjoys fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla coastline, making it an excellent choice for your vacation. The villa is a detached house with a total of one floor above the ground floor and features a size of 125 square metres. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with cozy seating and widescreen TV, while the dining area seats eight persons and the fitted kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a double bedroom and a separate shower and toilet room on this floor. Upstairs features a further two bedrooms, one twin room with two single beds and one double room which has doors leading onto a spacious balcony with fantastic sea views. There is also a family bathroom with shower on this floor. The villa is modern and very well furnished, with a year of construction of 2008 and a complete renovation completed in 2015.

Named after a small historical church nearby, Ayia Thekla beach is a family beach of soft golden sands and calm waters. Over the last decade the area has become very popular as a residential area and also with holidaymakers wanting to rent a villa in a peaceful location. Many villas offer secluded garden and pool areas and with no nearby bars in the area, a peaceful stay is guaranteed. Ayia Thekla beach offers watersports facilities and a traditional restaurant with grassy areas for relaxing and enjoying the sun. A small convenience store is located close by, with a wider range of shops and amenities just a five minute drive away in Ayia Napa. The popular Potamos Harbor has a selection of tasty seafood restaurants with fresh daily fish provided by the fishermen who sail into the local harbour each morning. The area is easily accessible by car, bike or taxi and is a great base for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year. The beach is located twenty metres from the villa, while the sandy beach is three hundred fifty metres away, and the airport is forty-eight kilometres from the property.
