Your vacation accommodation features a penthouse flat on the 3rd floor of a multiple-family dwelling, newly built in March 2018 and furnished in beach style. The flat offers a spacious and light-flooded living and dining area with an equipped kitchen that provides access to the roof terrace. The roof terrace comes complete with sun loungers, a cosy lounge, a beach chair, and its own wellness area. From the roof terrace, you can enjoy your morning coffee and then sunbathe with the south-east facing exposure, or venture to the nearby sandy beach to relax. The comfortable living room is dimmable and features elegant white double-glazed plastic windows with blackout blinds, a 4K flat screen TV including Sky, and a gel/ethanol stove, with a very comfortable double sofa bed with slatted frame and visco foam mattress that offers a lying area of 170x200cm for 2 additional guests. From the living room, you wake up with a direct view of the water through the large glass windows. The beautiful bedroom contains a spacious box spring double bed measuring 180x200cm that offers a relaxed and restful sleep like in a hotel, and also includes a flat screen TV with Sky and blackout blinds. From both the living room and bedroom, you have a magnificent view of the sea. The large bathroom features a shower, toilet, whirlpool bath, and combined sauna and infrared sauna. A baby travel cot is available for families with young children. You can access the 3rd floor flat directly via lift without barriers, and there is a separate storage room for your bicycles. The flat is located in the newly built Baltic Sea resort in a holiday park.

Your vacation rental includes a washing machine for sole use in the object, a dishwasher, satellite TV with Sky in both the living room and bedroom, a Jacuzzi bathtub in the wellness area, heat available everywhere including underfloor heating throughout, a microwave in the equipped kitchen, and television with 4K flat screen in the living room and flat screen in the bedroom, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The accommodation is pet-friendly and welcomes up to 2 dogs, including large dogs over 60 cm, with a suitable dog bed and water bowl/food bowl provided. Your four-legged friend is welcome everywhere on the sandy beach in the low season, and in the high season there is also a dog beach which is a nice walk away. The property is dog-proof by a fence that is completely fenced in with a fence height of 80 cm at the lowest point. You have access to your own wellness area on the roof terrace with a shower, combination sauna and infrared sauna for sole use, and a whirlpool for sole use. The infrared sauna is not just something for humans but is also suitable for dogs. Free WLAN is available throughout the flat. You can use one free underground garage parking space directly in the building. The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee machine, coffee machine for capsules/pods, a fridge with freezing compartment, ceramic hob stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, one dining table with 4 seats, and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a games console Playstation PS4 pro, music system, radio, CD player, board games, books, a high chair for children, a vacuum cleaner, and 2 bicycles for free use. The flat is suitable for families with young children, couples, dog owners, kitesurfers, windsurfers, or those simply looking to relax, and is ideal for Stand Up Paddle (SUP) on the Schlei and in the harbour. This is a non-smoking property with no group bookings and no youth groups permitted. Please note that the flat is located in the newly built Baltic Sea resort where the neighbour's construction phase is not yet complete, so it is possible that there may be construction work during your stay, and for this reason reduced rental prices have been calculated. Please understand that subsequent complaints cannot be recognised. The nearest beach in Port Olpenitz is only 300 metres away, which is a sandy beach. Another 5km long sandy beach is about 800m away as the crow flies, though you drive or walk a little longer around the harbour, and this beach has several sections including general bathing, nudism, windsurfing and kitesurfing areas, and of course the dog beach located 3.5 km away. Catering is provided by a great restaurant where there are also toilets. The property offers a view of the sea and lake, and is located 40 metres from the port and water, with the sea also 40 metres away. The nearest town centre is 5.0 km away, with a grocery store at 1.5 km, a restaurant at 1.6 km, and the train station at 5.0 km. Distance to public transport is 2.0 km, the airport is 140.0 km away, and the motorway is 20.0 km from the property. Additional nearby facilities include a river at 1.5 km, moorage at 1.7 km, boat hire available, bicycle hire at 1.8 km, and a riding facility at 4.0 km.
