Your vacation accommodation is a ground floor newly furnished granny flat situated within a multiple-family dwelling in the holiday complex "Am Walde". The flat features a bedroom with a cosy double bed measuring 1.6x2.0m lying surface, and another bedroom with a bunk bed measuring 85cmx195cm. A cosy living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower complete your holiday realm. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, toilet, and hair dryer. You will have access to a private covered terrace with patio furniture, offering you a great view of the large garden where you don't or rarely see your neighbours. In the morning you can see rabbits on the estate, and deer can be seen from time to time in winter. The complex features a dog playground with pasture fence measuring 1.25 m height with toys, as well as a children's playground, so that 2 and 4-legged friends can have fun and relax.
