Your vacation accommodation features two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms to comfortably accommodate your party. The master bedroom is furnished with a cosy box-spring bed measuring 1.6 x 2.0 metres, providing a restful retreat after days spent exploring the Bay of Lübeck. The second bedroom contains a children's bunk bed along with a child's bed or baby's cot, making it ideal for families. A cosy living room with a new kitchen serves as the heart of your holiday realm, where you can gather and prepare meals during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, toilet, and hair dryer, completing the functional layout of your vacation home. Some units have had their floors replaced with easy-care, up-to-date floor coverings as part of the refurbishment completed in 2020. The Danish wooden bungalow features a detached house design within the holiday complex, offering you approximately 300 square metres of property space to enjoy.

The small holiday complex consists of 10 wooden houses and 5 flats from the 70/80s and features a dog playground with pasture fence measuring 1.25 metres in height with toys, as well as a children's playground, so that 2 and 4-legged friends can have fun and relax. The beautiful sandy beach is only 750 metres or an 8-10 minute walk away, and the first dog beach is approximately 800 metres away, with an alternative dog beach located approximately 1400 metres away. Water sports are available approximately 1600 metres away at the water sports centre. The property is situated directly at the edge of the wood and is located in the middle of the countryside, offering a distinctive setting for your vacation. The nearest town centre is 400 metres away, with a grocery store at 200 metres and restaurants at 200 metres from the property. Public transport is conveniently located 50 metres away, while the train station is 5.0 kilometres distant. The property is a non-smoking accommodation that does not accept group bookings or youth groups. In Sierksdorf there is the famous amusement park "Hansapark" about 20 minutes away, and in Lübeck, about 40 minutes away, is the next big city with a great old town.
