Your vacation accommodation features two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms designed to comfortably host your family. The first bedroom is equipped with a cosy double bed offering a 1.4x2.0m sleeping area, while the second bedroom contains children's bunk beds, perfect for younger guests. The property includes a cosy living room integrated with the kitchen area, creating a welcoming space for family gatherings. You will find a cute bathroom complete with a shower, basin, toilet, and hair dryer to meet your daily needs. Each "Retro Chalet" is comfortably furnished "like at mum's" and provides a functional layout that maximizes your comfort during your stay. The unit also features a cosy covered seating area where you can have breakfast in peace and enjoy nature even when it rains. You will have your own terrace with patio furniture where you can keep your dog on a lead, as well as your own garden providing privacy as you don't see your neighbours, or rarely, depending on the house.

The kitchen is fully appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, fridge with freezing compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle to prepare your meals with ease. The maximum capacity for this accommodation is 2 guests across the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom configuration. Pets are welcome, with 2 dogs allowed, and large dogs over 60 cm are permitted. Additional conveniences include WiFi connectivity, satellite TV, radio, CD player, high chair for children, vacuum cleaner, and a sauna for wellness. You will have access to 1 private outdoor parking space for your vehicle. The property features a terrace and garden for communal use, enhancing your outdoor vacation experience.

This holiday house is situated in a complex and classified as a bungalow-style building located directly at the edge of the wood. Our holiday resort is positioned right next to the forest with lots of peace and nature, where you can hear the calming sound of the forest, and in the morning you can see rabbits and squirrels on the grounds while fallow deer can be seen from time to time in winter. You can reach the beautiful sandy beach in just 750m or 8-10 minutes on foot, with the first dog beach located approximately 900m away, and alternatively there is another one in approximately 1400m. Water sports are available in approximately 1600m at the water sports centre. The property is located 200m from both a grocery store and restaurant, 400m from the nearest town centre, 50m from public transport, 800m from a public swimming pool, and 100m from a riding facility. Our wooden houses and flats are basically all from the 70s and belong to the "Retro" category, furnished accordingly or as you would say "cosy like at mum's" with corresponding beds, couch in the living room and armchair with TV and TV bench. Our Danish wooden houses have highly efficient electric heating and boilers/flow heaters. The size of the property is 300 m² within the complex grounds. We have several identical wooden houses, with the only difference between them being the colour of the furniture, interior and exterior, as they all have the same equipment. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption, and please take into account that depending on the season there are additional costs, with summer estimated at 2-5€/day, spring/autumn 7-15€/day, and winter 12€-25€/day depending on the weather and the subjective feeling of warmth. This is a non-smoking property that does not accept group bookings or youth groups. In Kellenhusen there is a great beach, forest with wild boar enclosure, forest children's playground and large dog run, plus a sea salt swimming pool and outdoor pool, restaurants, cafes, 1 supermarket, and a department store. In Grömitz, only 10-15 minutes by car/bus, there is a spa and numerous shops. In Sierksdorf there is the famous amusement park "Hansapark" about 20 minutes away, and in Lübeck, about 40 minutes away, is the next big city with a great old town. The nearest train station is 5.0 km away, the airport is 110.0 km away, the motorway is 10.0 km away, and the port is 10.0 km away. The property is located in the middle of the countryside, with water such as sea or lake just 150 m away.
