The large kitchen with dining area is well equipped with modern Miele appliances, including a stove, oven, coffee machine, filter coffee machine, fridge with freezing compartment, toaster, electric kettle, and kitchen hood. The dining area provides one dining table with seating for four persons. The property includes one bathroom featuring a spacious floor-to-ceiling shower with a rainforest shower head, basin, toilet, and hair dryer, with natural daylight enhancing the space.
