The living area has been furnished in a modern and individual way, with indirect lighting and a cosy flair, where you can enjoy a comfortable sofa bed that folds out to provide an additional sleeping option for 2 people. A dining table with 6 chairs is available for your use during your vacation. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all kitchen appliances, and while cooking you have a beautiful view of the Kranichsee lake from the counter. The flat includes one bathroom featuring a shower, basin, toilet, and hair dryer. An antique farmhouse cupboard in the living room contains crockery, wine glasses, and board games. You have access to a balcony with a marvellous view of the lake. The living room is dimmable to create the perfect ambiance. If required, you can book the neighbouring flat Hexenglück for friends, as both flats are connected by a soundproof door and you will receive the key, which means that two families can holiday together but still have their own space. The flat has a maximum capacity of 4 people.

The bus stop to Goslar and Clausthal-Zellerfeld is right outside the front door, and you can use the public transport free of charge with your spa card. The surroundings offer views of mountain, sea/lake, garden, forest, and lawn, with the property located directly at the edge of the wood. The nearest town centre is 300 m away, with grocery store, going out options, and restaurants all located 300 m from the flat.
