Your unit is located on the ground floor of a detached house, with a total of one floor above the ground floor. The flat offers privacy as it is not observable from the street and maintains a non-smoking environment. The bedroom invites you to relax and is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.80 metres in width, along with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. The beautiful living room features a dining table for four, satellite TV and a comfortable sofa bed that can be pulled out in no time at all so that two more people can sleep there, with ready-made bed linen immediately to hand in the sofa bed box. The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, along with a basin, toilet and hair dryer.
