You will find the flat consists of a living room, two separate double bedrooms each furnished with a king-size box-spring bed measuring 1.80 meters in width, a lounger in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and a balcony providing an unobstructed view of the countryside. The sloping ceilings create additional space for a walk-in wardrobe, while the bathroom features a washbasin, bathtub, shower, toilet, and hair dryer with ample space and natural daylight. The property is located on a plot of approximately 2,400 to 3,000 square meters in the Utting-Holzhausen district, offering you openness and spaciousness throughout your vacation stay. The building was constructed in 1999 and features one total storey with the flat on the first floor. A desk workstation is available in the bedroom for your convenience, and if you are traveling with more guests, several mattresses can be set up in the living area as the two bedrooms can accommodate up to three children each.
