A travel cot for babies and children up to 15 kilograms measuring 1.2 meters by 0.60 meters is available upon request. The kitchen measures 10 square meters and contains a stove and oven, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, coffee machine (Tchibo Cafissimo Pure capsule machine for coffee, espresso, café crema and tea), toaster, an assortment of pots, pans and cooking utensils (though no oil and spices are provided), a dining table with chairs, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, and an iron. The bathroom measures 7 square meters and includes a bathtub with shower, basin, toilet, wall mirror, soap, towels, towel rail, laundry basket, and hair dryer. Please note that during your vacation stay, you must remember that we are currently in an energy crisis, and for this reason it is not permitted to tilt the windows during the heating period as this leads to very little air exchange and causes the flat and walls to cool down considerably, requiring a great deal of energy to heat the flat again. The home should only be ventilated twice a day by opening the windows completely for 5 minutes. When leaving the flat, please ensure that all windows are closed and all lights are switched off, as the caretaker will check this at regular intervals and close the windows in case of non-compliance. If the Wi-Fi network is used by many people, the internet speed may be slow, especially in the evening. You can usually find free parking in the side streets, with free communal parking spaces located 5 meters from the property. Please inform the host at the time of booking whether a second bed or one or more sofa beds should be prepared if you need separate sleeping facilities, as the cleaning team will assume that only one bed or sofa bed is required per 2 people if no message is received. If you are bringing pets, please inform the host and transfer or book before arrival.
