The living area features a cosy sofa with récamiere and a coffee table, with the sofa being extendable to create an additional sleeping area measuring 140x200. A large dining table accommodates 4-5 people and is positioned opposite the corner kitchen, creating an inviting space for shared meals. The bedroom is equipped with both a large double bed measuring 180x200 without a "visitor's crack" and a queen-size bed measuring 140x200, allowing 4 people to sleep comfortably in the bedroom. Additionally, the double sofa bed in the living area provides sleeping space for 2 more people. The spacious shower room can be directly accessed from both the bedroom and the living room. This ground floor granny flat within the Multiple-family dwelling offers 56 square metres of living space and is located in the BayVista Lodge complex. The property is situated in the quietly located BayVista, the Bavarian Forest Lodge, which was originally constructed in 1978 and underwent its last complete renovation in 2022.

The Frahelsbruck train station is located approximately 1,000 metres away, with public transport accessible at 1.0 km distance. The Postwirt country inn is just a few steps from the property. The main town of Lam is situated 1.5 kilometres away, where you will find several pubs, shops, an ice cream parlour, and a small Italian restaurant, with the nearest grocery store and restaurant also at 1,5 km. The bathroom features a shower, basin, toilet, and hair dryer, with natural daylight. The large south-west-facing terrace offers a beautiful view over the valley of the White Rain, while the garden plot covers a good 3,000 square metres (with the total property size being 3300 square metres) and is available for communal use. A public viewing terrace measuring 60 square metres with magnificent mountain views is directly adjacent to the book and games bar. The accommodation provides a loggia and lounge furniture where you can relax at any time. A dedicated sauna area spanning 75 square metres was completed at the end of 2021, featuring two spacious showers, a small lounge area, six comfortable loungers, a classic Finnish sauna, and a fantastic infrared cabin for two people, with hot water, tea, and sauna towels provided free of charge (you should bring bathrobes and slippers). The book and games bar offers a Wii with games and accessories, a 65-inch flatscreen TV, board games, and around 300 books, providing an ideal space for meeting other guests or gathering with friends during shared stays. The fitness centre, located on the same level as the games and book bar and sun terrace, features large windows providing mountain views and direct access to the balcony and sun terrace, with two cross trainers, a spinning bike, and a recumbent bike available. A separate drying and ski room is provided for cleaning and drying clothes and shoes, located right next to the main entrance in a bright, well-ventilated space with windows. A designated smoking area is set up at the front of the house, which is the only public area where smoking is permitted. The property is a detached house within a complex and does not accept youth groups. Your holiday region is nestled between Osser, Arber and Kaitersberg in the Bavarian Forest, featuring endless forests, crystal-clear streams with a river located 700 metres away, and a horseshoe-shaped mountain range encompassing the three villages of Arrach, Lam and Lohberg in Lamer Winkel. The landscape can be explored on foot or by e-bike, with the Künischer Grenzweg trail offering routes across the former Iron Curtain to Bohemia along winding smugglers' trails. Scenic attractions include the Großer Arbersee, Kleiner Arbersee, Teufelssee and Schwarzer See lakes, original farmsteads of forest farmers, and proximity to the Bavarian Forest and Bohemian Forest National Parks.
