This attic-style apartment in a multiple-family dwelling features 2 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 180x200cm, suitable for 2 adults, while the second bedroom contains a single bed measuring 90x200cm. Additional sleeping possibilities are available on request, including a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area. The apartment includes 1 bathroom featuring a bathtub with shower, basin, and hair dryer with natural daylight, as well as a separate guest toilet. You will find a spacious 16 square metre kitchen with a dining table that seats 5 people, and a dimmable living room furnished with a new leather couch. The property underwent its last complete renovation in 2023 and is designated as a non-smoking apartment. The owner lives on the property, which is situated in a housing estate. You can enjoy breakfast on the east-facing balcony or on the covered loggia facing south-west, with access to the outdoor areas available from every room.
