The property comprises one bedroom featuring a double bed measuring 1.80 meters in width, along with additional sleeping arrangements in the living area including a single bed and a double sofa bed for two people, allowing the flat to accommodate a maximum capacity of 5 guests with two spare beds located in the cosy attic room. The spacious living room includes a dining area with one dining table offering seating for 6 people, complemented by a leather sofa in a dimmable living space that creates a relaxing atmosphere with alpine ambience and lots of wood throughout. The fully equipped kitchen spans 3 square meters and features a 3-plate ceramic hob stove, oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, kitchen hood, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, and capsule coffee machine. The accommodation includes one bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower.
