The property offers two separate bedrooms, each equipped with two separate beds positioned in the upper area, which you can access via a steep staircase. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet for your convenience. The open-plan kitchen comes equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezing compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and all necessary cutlery and cooking utensils. The living area features a large couch, digital satellite TV, and radio, along with a dining table accompanied by four chairs. The building has a total of one floor above the ground floor and is not observable from the street. Gas heating and hot water are provided throughout the accommodation to ensure your comfort during your stay.

You can purchase groceries in Thiessow or Gager, which is located five kilometres away, and in summer bread rolls are available locally. The kilometre-long idyllic sandy beach is just a three-minute walk away, situated four hundred metres from the property. The surfers' paradise is only about ten minutes away by bike. Pine forests, wide hills and meadows, idyllic lake and Bodden landscapes, and dreamy fishing villages nestled in them invite you to go on extensive hikes and cycle tours. The small village of Zicker is located on the Mönchgut peninsula between the coast and the southern beach of the "Zickersche Berge" and belongs to the municipality of Gager. The place name comes from the Slavic "Sikor" and means "titmouse". The property is a distinctive thatched house located directly at the edge of the wood. The nearest town centre is two kilometres away, restaurants are located two kilometres from the property, the train station is eight kilometres away, and public transport is accessible at four hundred metres distance. Finnhütte "Carolin" can be booked from April to October, and arrival and departure days count as one day. Please note that since 2021, the day of arrival and departure counts as one day per person subject to visitor's tax in Gross Zicker, meaning a booking of seven days equals eight days visitor's tax per person.
