The country house features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with design in subtle and natural colours that allows your gaze to wander into nature from every room. On the ground floor, you will discover a cosy living area equipped with a fireplace and the open, fully equipped country-style kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows and a large dining table that seats 8 people. This level also includes 1 bedroom with two built-in single beds and Smart TV, along with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet, plus a small storage room in the entrance area. From the living room, you have direct access to the west terrace with a view of the Bodden, and from the kitchen you can access the south-facing terrace and garden. When you enter the upper floor of the house, which is the 2nd floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and Smart TV, and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. This floor also features a private sauna with additional bath and shower, a separate WC, and a small utility room. At the very top under the roof of the house on the roof floor, you will find another spacious bedroom with open beams, furnished with a double bed and Smart TV, a seating area and a workstation. The property is a semi-detached, thatched-roof house built in 2007 with a total number of 2 floors above the ground floor, and it underwent its last complete renovation in 2023.

Your vacation accommodation includes a washing machine for sole use in the object along with a clothes dryer for sole use in the object, providing convenient laundry facilities during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge with deep freezer, and kitchen hood, with dishtowels provided. You will enjoy heat available throughout the property with heating everywhere and underfloor heating in part of the house. The fireplace in the living area and stove create a cosy atmosphere for cold evenings. Entertainment options include satellite TV with large Smart TVs in multiple rooms, a music system, and party games for both adults and children. For families travelling with children, a high chair, child's bed/baby's cot with bed linen, pillow and blanket, and children's crockery are available for children up to 3 years. On your arrival, the beds are already freshly made and your towels are ready for you. As a small starter set you will receive toilet paper, kitchen paper and a washing-up set with tea towels. A damage deposit is required when booking. Smoking is not permitted in the house, and the booking of youth groups up to 25 years, stag parties etc. is not possible. The property covers approximately 3000 square metres with private water access to the Bodden, ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts. The private water access to the Bodden can be reached via a wooden staircase, with a beach chair with loungers available for your time by the water. The outdoor area has been lovingly landscaped and is surrounded by a frieze wall with hedge roses, with your own beach chair included. Please note that charging of electronic vehicles or hybrid is not possible here. Please note that a thatched roof house is extremely vulnerable to fire, and smoking, open fires, barbecues with charcoal or lighting fireworks is not permitted. Your well-behaved dog may also stay on the private beach, and by prior arrangement and for a fee, your four-legged companion can spend their holiday with you, though dogs are also subject to visitor's tax. Rügen holidaymakers can obtain spa tickets for their stay directly from the property. The small and quiet fishing village of Gager is located in the centre of the UNESCO Mönchgut Biosphere Reserve, situated directly at the edge of the wood.
