Your vacation home was built in 2012 in Finnish wooden house style and features approximately 55 square meters of thoughtfully designed living space. The property has one floor, which can be reached with only one step, and the floor plan is available in the photos. The bungalow consists of a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, SAT flatscreen television, and radio, where you will also find a fully equipped kitchen integrated into the same space. The kitchen features a hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and much more for your convenience. A modern dining table in the living room seats at least 6 people comfortably. The property includes 2 bedrooms, with the first bedroom containing a double bed with a width of 1.80 meters and a linen cupboard, while storage boxes under the double bed hold additional pillows and blankets. The children's room features 3 beds measuring 90x200 centimeters that can be arranged as bunk beds or single beds, and this room includes a spacious wardrobe. Both bedrooms are dimmable for your comfort. The home has 1 bathroom equipped with a modern, high-quality shower, toilet, washbasin, and daylight. The total number of floors in the building above the ground floor is 0, as the object can be found on the ground floor. The number of kitchens is 1, and the number of living rooms is also 1, with the living room being dimmable.

This is a non-smoking holiday home that operates as a detached house not observable from the street, and youth groups are not permitted. The property, with a size of 800 square meters, was constructed in 2014 and underwent its last complete renovation in 2018. Please note that our two cottages are located on the fenced plot of 1,600 square meters. An outside toilet with washing facilities is available on the property, which can be used for small parties, for example. The holiday home is located on the Saalhügel in Goldlauter-Heidersbach with a view of the glider airfield in heavenly tranquillity, positioned directly at the edge of the wood. The most famous high-altitude hiking trail in Germany, the Rennsteig, is about 7 kilometres away. Goldlauter-Heidersbach is easy to reach but nevertheless hidden in the forest, which is why the village was largely spared from wars because it simply could not be found. From here you can go on extended hikes of any calibre, and you are cordially invited to explore the scenic surroundings of the main massif of the Thuringian Forest. For hiking enthusiasts, there is a hiking booklet entitled "Hikes around Goldlauter-Heidersbach" which you can order from the Goldlauter-Heidersbach tourist office. The area offers the ski stadium, the ski lift on the Salzberg measuring over 1000 metres long, the gliding airfield, and the swimming pool in Heidersbach called Waldbad, where you can also play volleyball or giant chess. You will find extensive meadow valleys with trout ponds and many well-signposted hiking trails throughout the region. Within a radius of 10 kilometres, you can explore the Rennsteiggarten at the Rondell, the high moor, the toboggan and bobsleigh run in Oberhof, the hunting weapons museum, the vehicle museum in Suhl, or the Ringberg Hotel with its fantastic views. Sports facilities in the area include a football pitch, ice skating, mountain biking, cycling, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, a sports centre, and tennis. The surrounding views encompass mountain, garden, forrest, and lawn vistas. Practical amenities are conveniently located with a grocery store at 600 meters, a restaurant at 400 meters, a train station at 6.0 kilometres, an airport at 50.0 kilometres, a motorway at 4.0 kilometres, and a lake at 16.0 kilometres from the property.
