Your vacation accommodation is a beautifully designed holiday home that was completed in August 2021 and completely refurbished, offering comfortable lodging across two levels with a total of 1 floor above the ground floor. The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for a maximum capacity of 6 guests. The ground floor is barrier-free and includes a bedroom with a box-spring bed and a large sliding-door wardrobe, while the bathroom on this level is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin, and a whirlpool for 2 people. The living area features a cosy seating combination that can be converted into a double bed if required, along with a dining table with 6 chairs. You will access the top floor via a spiral staircase, where you will find two additional bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom contains a double bed measuring 1.80 m in width, while the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms on the upper level have large wardrobes, and all bedrooms throughout the home are dimmable with electric shutters on the windows. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a rain shower, WC, washbasin, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen spans 8 m² and includes an induction hob, oven, and kitchen hood. The holiday home is heated by an automatic pellet stove, which provides warmth to the ground floor via underfloor heating and to the rooms in the attic via radiators.
