On the lower ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall and a dedicated playroom, providing an ideal space for younger guests. The upper floor opens into a bright and spacious living and dining area featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, with direct access to the garden and terrace. A small lounge and a separate lounge with an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV are also located on this level, the latter offering its own exit to the terrace. This floor also includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 150 cm by 200 cm, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC and a sauna complete this level.

On the second upper floor, you will find an office space and 4 further bedrooms. The first bedroom features a dressing room and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm by 200 cm. The third bedroom contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm along with 1 set of bunk beds also measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, making it perfectly suited for younger guests. The fourth bedroom on this floor offers 1 French bed measuring 150 cm by 200 cm. This floor is served by 3 bathrooms, comprising a bath with WC, a shower with WC, and a combined bath, shower, and WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
