An open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor for added convenience. The upper floor houses 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a private shower and WC, and direct access to a balcony with beautiful views of the sea. The second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 200 cm by 200 cm and benefits from a private bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower as well as a separate shower and WC.
