Your vacation villa spans an impressive 350 square meters across four rooms, offering comfortable and modern furnishings throughout. The spacious living and dining room features satellite TV with a flat screen and air conditioning, with direct exit to the terrace. The property includes three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with one French bed measuring 180 centimeters wide and 200 centimeters in length, and both include an ensuite shower and WC along with satellite TV featuring a flat screen. Both of these rooms provide direct exit to the terrace. The third bedroom also contains one French bed of the same dimensions, 180 centimeters by 200 centimeters, and is equipped with a bidet and a combination bath, shower, and WC, as well as satellite TV with a flat screen, and similarly offers direct exit to the terrace. The villa features an open kitchen fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available.
