The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor common areas.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. 3 of the bedrooms each feature their own private shower and WC as well as direct access to the terrace, ensuring both privacy and a seamless connection to the outdoor spaces.
