The apartment includes 1 large room furnished with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and 1 small room containing 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen is outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, with Capsules for coffee machine (Tassimo) available as an extra. You will have access to a shower and separate WC, with floor heating installed throughout the unit. The property features a large terrace of 60 m2 in a south facing position and a large garden of 650 m2, also south facing position.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
