The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom is similarly appointed with 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm by 190 cm. The third bedroom is a large room also featuring 1 french bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and includes its own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living space, offering excellent functionality for self-catering stays. A separate shower room with WC and an additional separate WC complete the bathroom facilities. Please note that 1 of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment. The property also benefits from a large terrace of 20 m2 and a small garden of 200 m2, both ideal for outdoor relaxation and dining.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
