The "Verte-Rive" vacation apartment is positioned on the 1st floor and features a thoughtfully designed 2-room layout with tasteful and cosy furnishings throughout. The living/sleeping room is equipped with one sofabed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a dining table and digital television. This room provides direct exit to the balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the Matterhorn. The apartment includes one double bedroom furnished with a double bed consisting of two 90 cm mattresses, each 200 cm in length. The kitchen is fully appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and fondue set for cheese. The accommodation features parquet floors throughout and includes one bath/shower/WC. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture allowing you to take in the mountain vistas during your vacation.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
