An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this floor and comes fully equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level.

On the upper floor, you will discover 2 bedrooms, each offering a private and restful atmosphere. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a cable TV and direct access to an 8 square metre balcony. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is also equipped with a cable TV.
